The foundation also safeguards many types of archives donated by various individuals and institutions. These include personal files from lawyers, journalists, researchers, political activists, etc., as well as archives from organisations such as political parties, green movements and political prisoner support groups. All of these archives reflect the most recent history of the Basque Country.

These archives are currently being classified and catalogued by the foundation, and access to them is restricted.
